Enhanced Media Experience: Smart Slideshows and Galleries
In real estate, photography sells. Static images are often not enough to convey the feeling of a home. Our updated application introduces a Smart Slideshow feature directly on the search results page.
Users can now cycle through property photos without clicking through to the details page. This reduces friction in the browsing process, allowing potential buyers to qualify (or disqualify) homes faster. If they see a kitchen they love or a backyard that fits their needs, they are more likely to click through for the full details.
Once on the details page, the new Photo Gallery takes over. This immersive experience displays high-resolution images in a layout that highlights the property's best features. It is built to keep users engaged longer, reducing bounce rates and increasing the emotional connection to the listing.
Targeted Search: The "Pool" Filter
Buyers often have non-negotiable requirements. For many, especially in warmer climates or luxury markets, a swimming pool is at the top of that list. Previously, finding homes with specific amenities could be a tedious process of sifting through descriptions.
We have expanded the search functionality to include a dedicated "Pool" filter. This allows visitors to instantly narrow down their results to only show properties with this specific amenity.
By refining the search capabilities, you respect your client's time. You provide them with exactly what they are looking for, faster. This level of specificity positions you as a helpful resource and improves the overall user satisfaction with your website.
Personalization: Saved Favorites and Recently Viewed

Location Context with Google Maps
Location is the golden rule of real estate. While a street address is helpful, visualizing the property's location provides context that text cannot.
We have updated the property details page to include an approximate location display using Google Maps. This feature allows potential buyers to see where the home sits in relation to major roads, parks, and neighborhood boundaries.
Note: While the map provides excellent context for individual listings, please be aware that the map itself is not yet searchable, nor does it display all properties simultaneously. It is designed to enhance the individual listing view rather than serve as a map-based search tool.
